The heavy duty version of the wheel stop is a massive parking space restriction and manoeuvring aid for trucks, buses and other large vehicles designed for long-term use. SCR Elektroniks has developed a PC based motor starter test bench to check the continuity of the motor starter against over current. The bench is customizable for 3, 5, 6 and 12 stations.
The SCR Elektroniks production test bench for factory testing of contactors is used to test a variety of electrical parameters and compliance verification for the contactors. This single bench conducts nearly all of the electrical tests that are relevant to the contactor prescribed by various versions of IEC 60947. The tests are conducted in a sequential manner on more than one station at a time thus testing multiple contactors simultaneously.
The Test Panel is designed to carry out Routine Test of RCCB as per Annexure D of IEC 61009. The Test Panel will be PLC based & PC Datalogging for monitoring and controlling the sequence and storing the data. It will designed for 2 Stations.
SCR Elektroniks have designed this system to carryout the type test namely, Verifications of Operating Characteristic as per IS 12640 & IEC 61008 clause No. 9.9 & 9.15, 9.16.
This is useful for checking the exact tripping value of current and also provides a facility to measure the tripping time at different leakage current.
